PURPOSE

The personal data you entrust with us will be protect and keep safe.

For this reason, we have established this policy, which is the basis for our data safety and it affects all employees, partners, and consultants.

It is based on the current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to safeguard your rights and privacy, as well as protecting the organizations data assets against all types of threats – internal or external, intentional or unintentional.

Tego System AB is responsible for all personal data that is entrusted to us, which means we are responsible for how your data is used and that your rights are upheld.

BACKGROUND

We process your personal data primarily to fulfill our obligations to you. Our starting point is not to process more personal data than is necessary, and we always strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data.

We also need your personal data to provide you with good service, such as marketing, follow-ups and information. We may also need your personal data to comply with laws, as well as conduct customer and market analyses.

We only process personal data when we have a legal basis. We do not process personal data if it is not required by contract or law.

How do we get access to your data?

If revoked we will no longer process your personal data or obtain new data if it is not necessary to carry out our obligations under contract or law. Keep in mind that withdrawal of consent may mean that we cannot fulfill the obligations we have in relation to you.

Our starting point is not to disclose any personal data to a third party unless it is necessary to by our obligations under agreement or by law. In cases, we disclose data to third parties, we establish confidentiality agreements and ensure that personal information is processed in a secure manner.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have certain statutory rights that you can claim against Tego System AB. Below is a summary of these rights. For more information about your rights please see Dataskyddsförordningen, section 3-5.

Right to access and to excerpt data from register. You have a right to know how Tego System AB process your personal data, the purpose and how the data is handled.

Correction of incorrect data. You have a right to request Tego System AB to correct incorrect or incomplete data regarding yourself.

Delete certain data. You have the right to request that Tego System AB delete your personal data under certain conditions, such as: The personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose we collected it for.

Right to object to Tego Sytem AB processing your personal data. You may under certain circumstances object to Tego System AB processing your personal data.

Right to refuse online marketing. You have the right at any time oppose Tego System AB processing your personal data for direct marketing. If you object to direct marketing Tego System AB will immediately cease all direct marketing to you.

Right to limit the proceesing of your personal data. You have in some instances the right to request limitation of Tego System AB processing your personal data. For example, if you have contested that your personal data is correct, you may request a limitation of treatment for a time that allows Tego System AB to check if your personal data is correct.

Complaint. If you have complaints regarding Tego Systema AB processing your personal data you have the right to lodge such complaints with Tego System AB.

PERSONAL DATA CONSULTANTS

In some situations, it is necessary for us to use third parties to be able to carry out  our duties. For example, we are using different IT providers. They are to be considered  personal data consultants to us.

We are responsible for writing agreements with all personal data consultants and provide instructions on how to process the data. We do a check of all our personal data consultants to ensure that they can provide sufficient guarantees regarding the security and privacy of the personal data.

When personal data consultants are hired, it is only for the purpose that are consistent with the purpose we have.

ACTORS WHO ARE INDEPENDENT ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE

We also share your personal data with certain other actors who are independently responsible. It can be authorities, such as Swedish Tax Agency, and other member organizations. Some data is also provided for statistical purposes.

When your data is shared with an independent actor, the organization’s privacy policy and personal data handling apply.

We may also disclose personal data to third parties, such as the police or other authority in the case of criminal investigations or if we are otherwise required to provide such data by law or authority decision.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If appropriate we will notify you of such changes. Otherwise they will be published on our website. Any changes will only come into effect after they have been announced/published.
